The Challenge

Casino and integrated entertainment venues are among the most operationally complex businesses on earth. A single venue manages gaming floors, food and beverage, hotel operations, entertainment programming, VIP services, marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and staff deployment — often through dozens of disconnected systems.

General managers get yesterday's numbers in spreadsheets. Marketing teams build campaigns blind to what's happening on the floor right now. Our Approach

We started where every venue starts — with the question the GM asks at 9am: "How are we tracking?" That became the Management Snapshot: a single view that answers that question with live KPIs, revenue by category, floor activity feed, and campaign performance — all updating in real-time.

From there, we went deep into each operational domain. Campaign Studio doesn't just schedule emails — it uses AI to generate targeted messaging and promotional imagery matched to patron segments. Patron Analytics tracks individual behaviour over time, with metrics that matter to gaming operators. StaffPlus monitors department health and staff performance alongside GeoC, a real-time floor tracking system that shows where every team member is right now.
